- Simply present your original same day receipts from Festival Walk merchants and the corresponding electronic payment receipts of eligible tenants and a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID for redemption. The name of the holder of the Designated Electronic Payment Method must be the same as the registered Member’s name.
- All Eligible Transaction Documents will be stamped with a “Redeemed” chop. Stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at the relevant Festival Walk outlet and are not applicable for other promotions organized by Festival Walk (excluding bonus point registration of My FESTIVAL Loyalty Programme and Free Parking Offers).
